Heritage Center Happenings
Photographic Art Exhibit
Visit the Heritage Center on Wednesdays from 11-4 and view the wonderful exhibit of large-format photographs showing Sonoma in the early 1900s. The exhibit is on loan from Susan and Michael Alberigi and the partners who own the old Creamery Building on the corner of First Street East and East Spain Street. The bold exhibit features thirteen black-and-white photographs of local businesses, buildings, and people around the Sonoma Plaza from 1899 to 1932. The self-guided tour is well worth a visit. The piece shown here is about six feet tall.
The Heritage Center is now open Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please drive by or come in and visit. The garden is in full bloom. Board Members Nancy Simpson and Prudence Dreyfus are always happy to provide tours and information.
